Envision

Envision is a real-estate-based CRM for builder-builder portal where builders, channel partners, brokers, and buyers interact with each other. It is a website developed to buy and sell properties through a hassle-free process.
The website houses dashboards for four disparate interfaces. The super-admin is the owner of the website and monitors the functionality of the website. The builder dashboard is designed to list and sell properties and apartments after signing up. Although, the builder has to be first approved by the super admin via a call. A deal of payment is also made. The builder can then approach users and also invite channel partners. Channel partners can be approved once they submit a government-given identification number. The user can browse buildings and properties according to their preferences and buy them.

About the Client and their requirements

The US-based client who is successfully running his Real Estate business in multiple countries contacted us to develop a Real Estate supporting application to function in India. He wanted to digitally manage the Real Estate deals in India through an application by associating Builders and Channel Partners.
The client required an application with multiple interfaces for Super Admin, Builder, Channel Partner, and Buyers. He wanted the app to have High-security software and a control system with permissions. Another requirement was the onboarding of Builders and Channel Partners via call.

Solutions we offered to the Client

The client was quite clear about what they needed, and after fully comprehending their requirements, our business team created an SRS document. The document was to provide the client with an understanding of the structure and features of the mobile app.
Subsequent to this, our development team researched and implemented the best solution. First, we developed a Super Admin interface to manage the statistics and activities of the website. We also integrated a helpline support pop-up through which the builder can contact the admin via call and gain access to the portal. Agreement with the admin is also done via the call. Super admin can control the builder and channel partner projects.
Next, we created interfaces for Builder having login features with credentials, Email ID, and Channel partner who can join with a government-approved identification number. Both Builder and Channel Partners can contact buyers and suggest properties based on buyer preferences. Channel Partner can collect the requirement via WhatsApp, Email from the buyer. The Superadmin, builders, and channel partners can create teams.
The buyer interface is developed to search based on preferences and get all the details of the apartment with photos on a single page. The Buyer can contact Builder or the Channel Partner and sign agreements in the portal itself.

Challenges faced

Envision is a real estate-based CRM. Even though we have developed multiple web and mobile applications belonging to different domains, Envision is the team’s first property management application. While it is a feather to our cap, we faced multiple challenges along the way.
As the application had several milestones to achieve, the team took a fair amount of time to understand the project requirements. The time allotted to complete the project was insufficient and the team definitely had to go the extra mile to meet deadlines. Developing a vibrant and dynamic website was definitely a challenge and the team optimistically dodged every challenge to deliver their best.
