About Krishworks Technology Innovations
We are a highly motivated team with a passion for creating impact. Krishworks Technology Innovation is the technology services segment of our parent company called Krishworks (a social enterprise working in the field of rural education, HQ Kolkata). This division was built in the year 2021 to provide technology software services like building web apps, mobile apps, custom LMS, ERPs and custom plugins and contents for startups, NGOs and enterprises.
Our Calling
We had been working in the field of rural education since our inception. As an edtech organisation we had made our own apps & LMS that had been used by government schools and village schools over years. With lockdown being imposed in 2020 and being an incubatee of IIM Calcutta, we saw some of our stakeholders and other fellow startups approach us to create their company web apps and mobile apps in order to run their business online.
We have been helping startups and enterprises by providing technology services since then. We believe that we have been able to play a small but crucial part by helping them have a digital presence.

Kaushik Mazumdar
A serious coder and a friendly mentor, Kaushik alongwith his team of young coders has himself executed complex technical projects. As a strong leader, he believes in passing on everything he learns in life. In order to solve complex problems, he self-learns and masters hobbies like playing guitar, snooker and table tennis.
Has previous experiences of working with industries like casino gaming, telecom fraud detection and BIOS utilities.

Subhajit Roy
Subhajit comes with an industry hardened background of working on DRDO projects & creating a healthcare gadget being used by the government of India. Passionate, helpful and jovial, he has a vision of making a big company with a great work culture. He emphasizes on people learning hard early on so as to build up skills and to work independently. Was the chief architect behind Dhanvantri, an Xprize team from India that made it to the top three. Subhajit’s ideology in life is to dream insane and work towards it.

Gargi Mazumdar
As a self-motivated individual, Gargi plays an active role in implementing company strategies, project plannings, processes and operations. She expanded the company by initiating, ideating and conceptualising their much needed technology segment. A problem solver who brings in strategies significant for the company’s growth from time to time.

Kaushik, Subhajit and Gargi had previously participated in Global Learning Xprize (2014-2017), after which they gave up their regular software jobs to build the rural education segment of Krishworks (www.krishworks.com). The years of experience of working towards bringing technology to the rural market, gave them an extra edge to understand the client requirements of the tech projects they undertake.
