EnvisionNext is a real-estate CRM developed for US builder Tenx (USA) where builders, channel partners, brokers, and buyers interact. The website is developed for the Indian market and allows buyers and sellers to deal with property transactions without any difficulties. Also the website facilitates the purchase or sale of properties in an effortless manner.
The website houses dashboards for four disparate interfaces. The super-admin is the owner of the website and monitors the functionality of the website. The builder dashboard is designed to list and sell properties and apartments after signing up. Although the builder has to be first approved by the super admin via a call, a deal of payment is also made. The builder can then approach users and also invite channel partners. Channel partners can be approved once they submit a government-given identification number. The user can browse buildings and properties according to their preferences and buy them.
