Thus our client approached us to develop the application, Digital Vidya, a website that offers marketing courses online.
Digital Vidya is a learning platform where users can access intense courses after clearing an eligibility test. The user is also charged an initial enrollment fee. The portal also offers basic courses for free. Our team of experts left no stone unturned to deliver the app our clients envisaged.

About the Client and their requirements
Asia’s top professional training company, Digital Vidya, specializes in transferring new-age skills to people and businesses. Since 2009, more than 6,100 training sessions led by Digital Vidya have attracted over 95,000 professionals from 16,000+ businesses.
The client wanted to develop a Learning Management System supporting pay-after-placement schemes aided by NBFC. The primary requirement was a web application for the admin to upload courses and tests, and a mobile application for Users to enroll and access courses.
Solutions we offered to the Client
- We cc. The portal offers basic courses for free and paid intense courses. Intense courses also have quizzes embedded in them.
- The mobile application has a user interface where the user can log in, enter personal details, and enroll in courses. The users have to undergo a selection process that includes objective and subjective questions. Answers to subjective questions can be submitted in the form of video, text, or .pdf. On passing the test, users have to undergo document verification and payment. After successfully completing the test, users are allowed to access courses and complete milestones set by the admin. From the admin panel Users’ documents will be verified and after payment, users will enroll in the course.

Challenges faced
Since we are primarily aligned with the country’s educational advancement, we have specialized knowledge in creating learning management systems. We have created more than 9 such LMS and have been able to overcome most of the difficulties that have been thrown at us.
Although, we did face certain obstacles while developing Digital Vidya. The primary challenge was managing five different types of statuses (objective, subjective, registration, document verification, payment, and admin approval). The mobile app has the feature of subjective and objective tests. When the User appears for an objective test, a screen recording feature is provided. Since the test is for an hour, the video file is huge, and storing and uploading it to the server was another challenge in itself.
DocuSign was initially part of the project requirement, but it was later withdrawn because of the high cost, and several revisions were suggested as the project neared its conclusion. We had to advance our deadlines to deliver a flawless application.
Key Features of the Project
- The app consists of an admin portal to create courses, quizzes, milestones, and tests for the portal.

- Admin can create a group into which Users can join via mobile app.
- Reports of user performance and course statistics can be generated and downloaded.
