About the Client and their requirements
Our client from Jamaica, Think Grow Lead’s primary goal is to emphasize and bring out the highest potential of people and business. They currently run four divisions. TGL Corporate that provides salesforce development solutions to CEOs and Sales Leaders, TGL SMILE, a tool that identifies, suggests and treats all conditions that affect an organization’s ability to provide 5 Star Customer Service, TGL Sales Force Development, that outsourced salespersons and Sales Managers, and TGL Recruiting to recruit sales professionals.
They wanted to develop a mobile and web app for the recruiting division and contacted us for the same. Having built a similar portal for MFGWorx (link to MFGWorx case study), our team was determined to deliver the client’s requirements near perfection.
Solutions we offered to the Client
The client was quite clear about what they needed, and our business team prepared an SRS document after thoroughly understanding their needs. The purpose of the document was to explain the mobile app’s features and structure to the client.
Our development team then conducted research and put the finest idea into practice. The portal has four interfaces with specific dashboards. Since the portal offers subscription-based access, a few features vary based on the plan purchased. The admin dashboard has access to the user database and can monitor all activities of the portal. The Admin can also upload blogs and learning resources.
The Agency can upload one or more job postings and access the applicant database. They can also invite the candidate to participate in the recruitment process through the portal. In addition, we added the message feature to allow hassle-free communication among recruiters and applicants. Online Interviews can be scheduled too. Post the interview, in case of hiring, an offer letter can be sent directly to the candidate. The provision for sending revised offer letters to candidates if they reject the first offer is also made available.
The applicant can easily filter and apply to jobs based on preferences. The application also Integrates 3rd party services like MailChimp, chatbot, and assessment portal.
