About Econet Controls
The Smart Home Leakage Prevention system effectively reduces water wastage in buildings and apartments. It uses leak sensors and valve controllers, integrated with a mobile app for simple operation. Features like automation, scheduling and scenes add convenience. Using the LoRa protocol, the system maps leak sensors to valves, providing a quick response to leaks.
The hardware includes ESP32-C3 mini, LoRa RFM96, LoRa leak sensors (PIC16LF15325) and LoRa valves (PIC16LF15356). Firmware development utilizes ESP32 (Wi-Fi), LoRaWAN, OTA, MQTT, BLE and various sensors.
The system has a web portal, Android & iOS app developed using Flutter and a ReactJS/Node.js/PostgreSQL backend. Figma was used for intuitive UI/UX design, ensuring ease of use for all users.
