Recruiters upload job postings and the candidates enrol and easily filter out suitable jobs based on experiences, location, salary etc. End to end Interview and onboarding procedure can be done over the portal itself. Once the candidate has been selected, the hiring manager can issue the offer letter in the portal itself.
