Recruiters upload job postings and the candidates enrol and easily filter out suitable jobs based on experiences, location, salary etc. End to end Interview and onboarding procedure can be done over the portal itself. Once the candidate has been selected, the hiring manager can issue the offer letter in the portal itself.
The candidates can view, download, accept or kindly reject offer letters all from their dashboard. The website provides hassle-free communication for the recruiters and candidates. The recruiters and candidates can communicate about the interview rounds, status, and further procedures within the portal.
