Since our inception, we’ve been rooted in the mission of rural education — building apps and learning platforms used across government and village schools.
In 2020, as the world moved online, fellow startups and incubator peers from IIM Calcutta turned to us for fast, reliable digital platforms. What began as crisis support became a new chapter of impact.
We quietly became the tech backbone for startups and enterprises — enabling them to stay visible, accessible and competitive in a digital-first world.

A team of volunteers to compete for the Global Learning Xprize, an organisation with philanthropists like Elon Musk, Ratan Tata, and James Cameron on its board. The goal was to build software that helps less privileged children learn to read, write, and communicate. Ended up in the top 20 out of 198 global teams, setting the base for Krishworks

As a self-motivated individual, Gargi actively drives company strategies, project planning, processes and operations. She played a key role in expanding the company by initiating and conceptualizing its technology segment. A problem solver who brings in strategies significant for the company’s growth regularly.

Kaushik, Subhajit and Gargi had previously participated in Global Learning Xprize (2014-2017), after which they gave up their regular software jobs to build the rural education segment of Krishworks (www.krishworks.com). The years of experience of working towards bringing technology to the rural market, gave them an extra edge to understand the client requirements of the tech projects they undertake.
